Saturday Dinner

After a week of hurried meals eaten way too late, I thought it would be a nice change of pace to have a relaxing sit-down dinner tonight.  Peter opened one of the dwindling bottles of strawberry wine, 2013 vintage.  Next week Peter and his dad bottle the zin and syrah, so we need to make space in the wine rack!

Menu:
Foccacia with olive oil and rosemary served with cherry wine jelly
A salad of red-veined sorrel and arugula
Meatloaf with a sweet and spicy glaze
Chocolate pudding
